Returns

For Contiguous U.S. orders, you will receive a complimentary return shipping label and a Return Form with details on how to make your return. Please follow the instructions on the return form. For U.S. mainland shipments only, a UPS label is included in the box with your footwear. If you are unable to locate this label, please email us at info@warsonbrands.com. Returned shoes must not show any visible signs of wear and should be returned in the original packaging with no additional markings on the shoe box. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Orders placed for shipment to HI, AK, and PR do not include a free return shipping label.

Orders placed for shipment to a PO Box or APO do not include a free return shipping label.

  • If you didn't buy your shoes at ReebokWork.com:
    • Returns requests for products purchased from a Reebok Work authorized retailer should be processed directly through the retailer.

Exchanges

We do not facilitate exchanges at this time for ReebokWork.com orders. Please return your original order and place a new order at ReebokWork.com.

Refunds via Credit Card
